We are interested in renting your house but would like it for just a day - or maybe a weekend. Is this an option?
		Unfortunately not. Levyland rents for 6 days, 6 nights only. However, for what many rental locations charge for a day or two, you get full access to the property for a full week - better value, less stress, more time to enjoy yourselves.
		We plan on inviting a few guests to stay the night. How many people does Levyland sleep?
		The Main Pavillion sleeps 6 people in an open floor plan: 2 in the master bedroom, 2 in an area adjacent to the master bedroom, and 2 in the downstairs living room. The Tree House, which is completely separate from the Main Pavillion, sleeps 4.
		Does Levyland provide any additional services? Can you help us make arrangements for any kind of activities?
		Unfortunately not. Levyland Estates is offered purely as a residential rental home (though the owner is happy to make some recommendations of local favorites).
		We are planning on preparing our own food. What kind of possibilities does Levyland provide? Will kitchen ware be provided?
		The main house kitchen at Levyland offers a full commercial kitchen with plenty of room to prepare your food. There is also a built-in barbeque available outside. We've even had guests bring in a personal chef for a traditional luau!
		What is your typical rental schedule? What are your check-in and check-out hours? Do you allow early check-ins or late check-outs?
		Levyland rents from Tuesday to Monday. Some exceptions may apply (holidays, etc) so please contact us for details. Check-in time is Tuesday 12:00 pm, check-out time is Monday at 10:30 am promptly. No exceptions please; the time inbetween rentals is needed to prepare for the arrival of the next guests.
		What are some things we need to keep in mind during our stay at Levyland?
		The need to recognize that Levyland Estates is a private home, located in a residential area. For example, music and noise levels must be kept at reasonable levels at any and all times. Parking must not overflow into neighborhood streets. You must be cognitive and respectful of the lagoon wildlife as well as the beach.
